Poetry workshop with yetta stein

Elk River Arts & Lectures is hosting a free poetry workshop at the Park County Senior Center!

Local poet Yetta Stein will lead this two-session poetry workshop:

Tuesday, April 30 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and
Thursday, May 2 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

The first session will be devoted to writing poems. Session two will be dedicated to workshopping poems. You may join for one or both sessions. 

This workshop welcomes and encourages the participation of people of all ages and experience levels.

Elk River Arts & Lectures is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to celebrate & cultivate Livingston’s literary legacy.

Yetta Rose Stein reads, writes, and lives in Livingston, Montana. She is a graduate of Missoula’s Hellgate High School and Portland State’s Urban Honors College. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Adelaide Literary Magazine, Another Chicago Magazine, Tupelo Quarterly, and elsewhere. She is on the board of Montana’s Intermountain Opera and is the Associate Poetry Editor for the Hunger Mountain Review. She is currently an MFA candidate at the Vermont College of Fine Arts.
